Welcome to the Medical Staff Internet Reference Guide. I am a CPCS who has been credentialing since 1991. I have worked in CVO's, managed care organizations, and several acute care hospitals in the Southern California area. This page started out as a simple reference list for me, to more efficiently organize those little pieces of notepaper in three-ring binders that credentialers seem to collect. It has grown from there.
I am continually updating this source, and trying to make it the most comprehensive list of information available.
Please be aware that I have no connection in any way with any of the organizations linked on my page. Also, this webpage is just what the title states; I do not attempt to verify whether or not the sites are considered primary source by Joint Commission or NCQA standards - that is up to the individual credentialer to ascertain. Though, if I do know it is not considered primary source, I will make a note indicating so.
If you wish to have a link added or you have an update on an already existing link, please
contact me.
Thank you!
Jennifer

My apologies to anyone using Firefox. Through Microsoft Office Live, I was able to get free webhosting. But, I am required to use their software, which is only friendly with Internet Explorer. If you are using Firefox, the pages are viewable, just not very pretty. It seems to work OK with Google Chrome.
